The last few days I have been busy working on videos, which I am going to post soon also my son has been teething and I haven’t gotten a lot of sleep lately.
Sometimes I feel like I have no energy left but I always manage to get my workout done during the day or early mornings. I am usually not a coffee drinker but I started adding ½ cup to one of my breakfast smoothies when I am REALLY tired which gives me a great boost on super-active days. Enjoy!
1 frozen Banana, 1 cup of almond milk, 1/2 cup of cold coffee, 1 tsp almond butter, 1/2 cup of greek yogurt, 1 tbsp. hemp protein chocolate powder, and 1 tsp of cinnamon.
