Chia Bomb Pudding

I just started to eat chia pudding and it is a great way to start your day. One tablespoon of chia seeds has 6 grams of dietary fiber, 3 grams of protein and 3 grams of Omega 3 fatty acids. Since this dish has a high level of fiber and protein it will help you stay satiated for longer and you will naturally eat less.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chia seeds

  • ¼ cup coconut milk

  • ½ cup water or almond milk

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 5-10 drops Stevia extract and or 1 tbsp of Erythritol

  • ½ cup berries, fresh or frozen

Instructions

Place the chia seeds, coconut milk, water or almond milk, cinnamon and Stevia into a blender and pulse until smooth.

Mix in the berries - you can use fresh or frozen. Let it sit for at least 10-15 minutes, ideally overnight in the fridge. Enjoy!
