Hemp Protein vs. Whey Protein Powder
There are many reasons why I use Hemp Protein Powder and not Whey Protein Powder. Here are just a few very important reasons:
Whey protein is heavily processed to make it cheaper. They are often filled with preservatives, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), allergens like dairy (whey protein isolate) and soy, and other synthetic toxins like aspartame and saccharin.
Hemp Protein is natural there are no additives, chemicals or toxins that will interfere with absorption or compromise optimal health and nutrition. It is organic whole food, non-GMO with complete proteins. Hemp protein is easy to digest, an amazing source of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids.
My favorite Hemp Protein brand is Manitoba. I love the vanilla and chocolate flavor. I mix it into 1 cup of almond milk, 1 banana and sometimes I add ½ cup of cold coffee and ice.
