Why you shouldn't skip breakfast


Make time for your breakfast!

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it gives you the energy that you need to get through your day. If you skip breakfast you are much more likely to overeat during lunch and dinner. Additionally you encourage your body to store calories when you skip breakfast. A reason why regular breakfast eater usually weigh less is because eating breakfast helps jump start your metabolism. A faster metabolism will allow you to burn more calories through out the day.

My breakfast this morning: 2 eggs, red bell pepper, 1/2 avocado, mushrooms, spinach and a bit of feta cheese.
