Personal Trainer NASM (National Academy of Sport Medicine) and Certified Pre and Post Natal Fitness Specialist. 

 

Guten Tag! My name is Janine, I was born and raised in Germany and lived there for 29 years. 2009 I moved to sunny Southern California. 

 

13 years later I relocated to Colorado and I couldn't be happier because not only do I love to experience the 4 seasons they are also a wonderful reminder of how I grew up. Not to mention 300 days of sunshine, beautiful scenery, endless outdoor activities, wildlife and much more. 

 

I used to work as an office manager but it just didn't feel right. Inside, I felt like I wasn't giving enough back to the community so I knew I needed to make a significant change in my career. As a Personal Trainer and Pre & Postnatal Specialist I am now very thrilled that I am in a position to help friends and clients achieve their personal performance goals. I know deep in my heart, that exercise will also help them improve their self confidence and overall wellbeing, mentally and emotionally. It is truly a win-win situation because as I continue to support you to reach your goals, you are also helping me do what I love to do.
