First, it's important that you express to me what your goals are to insure that I design your fitness program to support your long term vision.

 

I use the OPT model for all of my clients since it is a proven, systematic model to optimize your overall physique and performance.  There are three levels of training with specific phases that will be used to achieve your individual goals- Stabilization, Strength, and Power.

 

Whether you want to improve muscular endurance, stability, flexibility, strength, decrease body fat, increase lean muscle mass, or simply improve peak force, I can help you with one or all of those goals.  We can use any combination of flexibility, cardio, core and balance training, plyometric, speed, agility, quickness and resistance training! The combination of a tailored training program and a healty diet is unquestionably the best way to get your "phirm physique"!!

One on One Personal Training

(incl. Pre & Post Natal if applicable to the Client)

 

Hourly Rate per Client=$80 / hour

 

5 one on one personal training sessions, including free fitness assessment=$400

 

 

Dynamic Duo Package

 

Hourly Rate per Client=$45 / hour

 

Special packages if you bring a friend who wants to work out with you (pricing per individual client, both clients must pay upfront before any sessions).

Bootcamp virtual class (ZOOM)

 

$35/hour

Saturday: 8 AM or 10 AM

 

Pricing per individual client, clients must pay upfront before any class. 

 

High intensity interval training (HIIT) group classes which will improve your cardiovascular endurance and burn so many calories at the same time. Resistance, core, balance and plyometric exercises. The warm up includes a foam rolling technique, which can deliver improvements in flexibility, muscle recovery, reduced soreness, movement efficiency, inhibiting overactive muscles, and pain reduction with just minutes of application. I will show modifications for certain exercises so that everyone with different fitness levels can join my classes and have fun.
